Tennis Victoria's Personal Accident Insurance Membership cover is designed to offer players some peace of mind by having insurance protection for certain costs related to an injury sustained whilst playing tennis in a sanctioned event, particularly Loss of Income and Non Medicare Medical Expenses.

Membership, and hence coverage, commences as of the day your application, together with payment, is received by Tennis Victoria. The membership is valid for 12 months, upon which each member will be sent a renewal notice. Once you have joined you will receive, within approximately 6 weeks, your membership card, indicating your member number (also known as player registration number).

This membership is compulsory to have in order to play, but not limited to, the following competitions and tournaments:
Victorian Tennis Series, Vic Junior Comp, All Australian Junior Rankings (AJR) tournaments, Gold and Silver level tournaments.

The Personal Accident Membership Card also now entitles you to the following special offer:

The increases in benefits are also valid for the Volunteer Personal Accident coverage. This coverage is designed to cover any of your non-playing voluntary members, including but not limited to club committee members and club officials.

This form of coverage will mean if a volunteer is injured, whilst working for the club, they will receive the same benefits as offered through the Personal Accident Insurance Membership. (An overview of the benefits can be found in the above brochure).

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does NOT cover any paid employee of a club/association or commercial centre.
