The metropolitan association and regional structure plays an important role in the development of tennis in Victoria.

The aim of the local metropolitan association is to provide the local community with a variety of competition styles and co-ordinate clubs within the boundaries and catchment area of that association.

Several of the larger associations offer additional programs such as association squads and tournament structures for those players involved in the various competitions, which increases the avenues by which a player can get involved in the sport of tennis. Click here for a list of associations.
